摘要
环保产业是国民经济结构中以防止环境污染和破坏、保护和改善生态环境为目的的一种新兴产业形态,是解决环境问题的物质和技术基础,也是我国国民经济新的增长点,对社会经济发展起着积极的促进作用。陕西环保产业经过多年的摸索和实践,已逐渐形成了具有本省地方特色的产业市场。面对入世和西部大开发带来的广阔前景和无限商机,陕西环保产业如何结合自身特点充分发挥有利条件,完善不足,在全国乃至世界范围内取得竞争优势,已成为当前全省亟待解决的问题。
Being the new growth point of our national economy,and also the basic of substance and technique,environmental protection industry play a positive role in environment and social economy development.Through many years of practice,the environmental protection industry market has been produced in Shaanxi.Now,being one of the members of WTO,the most difficult challenge the environmental protection industry in Shaanxi has to face is how to make it more competent in China,even in the world.
