摘要 快速型心律失常传统以药物治疗为主,但是有一部分患者药物治疗无效,需应用非药物治疗,包括各种电学治疗和外科手术,近年来发展很快。本文就快速型心律失常的非药物治疗的各种方法、原理及临床应用的进展作一简要综述。1 电转复疗法电转复疗法是在发生某些快速心律失常时,用一定强度的电流通过心脏,使全部心肌细胞同时除极,造成暂时的心跳停止,然后由窦房结重新发出冲动,恢复窦性心律。它包括体外(或体内)
