摘要
通过对 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 3年服装外观设计在我国的专利授权状况的调查 ,获得了目前国内服装专利保护的第一手资料 ;并对外观设计专利总量、地区与国别分布状况进行了分析研究 。
Investigated the authorized design patents of clothing during the years of 2000～2003 in China.It is the first hand document for clothing design patent protection.Analyze the total amount of that patents and the distribution in areas and countries It provides some clothing enterprises for help.
