摘要
目的研制用于电阻抗断层成像系统的信号源,提高现有系统的高频特性,同时降低其噪声水平。方法采用复杂可编程逻辑器件代替原信号源中所有的通用数字集成器件。结果所建立的信号源可在高达60MHz的时钟信号下正常工作,从而保证系统可产生0~117kHz的单频信号。输出的毛刺也被有效地降到4mVp-p以下。结论采用复杂可编程逻辑器件替代通用数字集成器件,可提高系统的高频率特性,并提高信号源的信噪比。
A new signal source for electric impedance tomography system is developed to improve the high-frequency performance and to reduce the noise level of the old one. Complex programmable logic device is employed to replace all of general ones in this signal source. The signal source can work well when clock frequency is increased to 60MHz, and thus the system can generate the single-frequency signals from 0 to 117kHz. The glitches in output are also less than 4mVp-p. So, complex programmable logic device can improve the system's high-frequency performance and signal to noise ratio.
