摘要
本文应用肺炎链球菌诱发豚鼠急性化脓性中耳炎,观察急性化脓性中耳炎对耳蜗毛细胞琥珀酸脱氢酶活性的影响。与对照组相比,实验组动物耳蜗底回毛细胞琥珀酸脱氢酶活性明显降低。表明急性化脓性中耳炎时,底回毛细胞有氧代谢功能首先受到影响。
The acute purulent otitis media was induced in guinea pigs by inoculation with streptococcus pneumoniae in the left bulla and the effects of acute purulent otitis media on the SDH activity of the hair cells of the cochlea were investigated. The SDH activity of the hair cells in basal turn of the cochlea of the experimental group decreased significantly in compared with those of the control group (P<0.05). The results indicated that the oxidizingmetabolism of the hair cells in the basal turn of the cochlea was effected first in acute purulent otitis media.
