摘要
反倾销是GATT关税和贸易总协定赋予成员的一项合法权利 ,是维护公平竞争 ,实现公平贸易的手段。中国出口产品之所以屡遭反倾销 ,除国外的贸易保护主义和歧视性政策外。还与企业的经营手段、营销观念和中国的外贸体制及企业对案件的重视相关 ,应针对国外“热衷”对华产品反倾销的原因提出对策。
Anti-dumping is a lawful right,entitled to its members by Gatt (General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade).It is a means of maintaining fair competition and fair trade.The reason why Chinese exported goods are offen anti-dumped mainly lies in the enterprises marketing strategt, marketing concept, Chinese foreign trade system,and the enterprise's attitude,except for international trade protectionism and the policy of discrimination. The paper offers some tactics on the basis of analyzing the reasons why foreign countries are enthusiastic to anti-dump Chinese goods.
