摘要
学风建设是一个系统工程。加强学风建设应坚持管理与教育相结合 ,以激励、约束、引导为手段 ,通过优化学习环境、建立健全规章制度、抓教风和考风、开展科技文化活动、强化就业指导等措施 ,逐渐在第一课堂、第二课堂中形成师生互动。
The construction of the study style is a systematic project, in which the combination of administration and education should be firmly upheld. The fine study style, that teachers and students can communicate with each other, meanwhile the teaching and studying can be mutually improved, should be achieved gradually by use of inspiration, restraint and instructions as well as through such measures as optimizing the study environment, strengthening rules and regulations, stressing the style of teaching and examinations, developing extracurricular activities on science, technology and culture, reinforcing the employment guidance and so on.
