摘要
目的 探讨上腹部手术后腹腔镜胆囊切除 (LC)的可行性及其适应证。方法 对 2 8例有上腹部手术史行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 2 8例中 2 4例成功完成LC ,4例中转开腹 ,无术中、术后并发症发生。结论 上腹部有手术病史的患者不是腹腔镜胆囊切除术的禁忌证 ,基本可达到常规LC的效果。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and indications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) in a patient with previous upper abdominal operations.Methods The clinical data of 28 patients of LC with previous upper abdominal operations from August 1995 to October 2002 were retrospectively analyzed.Results LC were successfully performed in 24 patients.4 out of 28 patients were converted into open cholecystectomy.No complication occurred during procedures and postoperation.Conclusion Previous upper abdominal operations should not be regarded as a contraindication to LC.It is as effective as routine cholecystectomy.
