摘要
桧柏(sabina chinensis)繁殖主要是播种和塑料棚扦插2种方法。本项试验研究,探索用百日侧柏(Platycladus orientalis)苗做砧木嫁接桧柏的技术。研宄表明:接穗以水浸处理好,水浸时问一般不超过14d;双形成层、髓心形成层、双髓心形成层嫁接方法最佳,成活率达95%以上;雨季(7～8月)是嫁接最适时期;接穗粗度不应大于砧木粗度;春接成活后剪砧,夏接30d 后剪,接口以上留2cm,翌春剪掉留存的砧木部分。
Chinese juniper(Sabina chinensis)is a valuable tree in China.Sowing and cuttage in plastic canopy were the two usual ways of propagating.The disadvantage of growing seedlings is short of seeds and expensive ness,the dormancy of seed is long,the rate of the emergence is too low.Thedisadventage of cutting in plastic canopy is the difficulty in bring my temp-erature and humidity under control,so these two methods are inconvenientto use.In order to solve these problems,a new method of grafting Chinesejuniper upon Chinese arborvitae is studied.Not only the survival rate ofgrafting is over 90%,the cost is lowered by 80-90%,but also the chinesejuniper grows fast.So it is a good way to reproduce Chinese juniper.
