摘要
①目的 探讨三维超声显像在膀胱疾病诊断中的应用。②方法 采用GEVoluson 730三维超声成像系统对 31例膀胱疾病病人进行了二维与三维超声表面模式重建。③结果 三维超声图像清晰、直观、立体感强 ,能清楚地显示病变的位置、大小、数目、形态、回声特点、与膀胱壁的关系、基底的宽窄及有无蒂等。三维超声对膀胱疾病的诊断符合率高于二维超声 (χ2 =5 .72 6 ,P <0 .0 5 )。④结论 三维超声较二维超声能够提供更为丰富的图像信息 。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of three-dimensional(3D) sonography in bladder diseases. Methods Two-dimensional(2D) sonography and three-surface mode were used to reconstruct images in 31 patients with bladder diseases by using Voluson 730 3D imaging system. Results 3D gave a distinct, direct and stereo-display figure, which could clearly demonstrate the location, size , number, shape, echogenicity and surface feature of bladder lesions and their relation with the wall, the range of fundus and pedicle as well. The diagnostic coincidence rate of 3D sonography was higher than 2D(χ 2= 5.726, P<0.05). Conclusion 3D sonography provides more information than 2D, which is conducive to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of bladder diseases.
