摘要
目的 :研究CD44在乳腺癌中的表达。方法 :应用免疫组化S -P法检测乳腺癌中CD44的表达。结果 :CD44蛋白表达与乳腺癌组织学类型、淋巴结转移呈正相关 ,与预后呈负相关 ,与组织学分级无明显相关性。结论 :CD44表达与乳腺浸润癌、转移及预后显著相关 ,检测乳腺癌中CD44表达水平 ,可用于乳腺癌恶性程度、复发转移潜能及预后的判断指标。
Objective:To study the expressions of CD44 in breast carcinoma and correlation . Methods: Immunohistochemistry S-P technique was used to examine the expression of CD44 in breast carcinoma . Results: The expression of CD44 in breast carcinoma was positively associated with tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis (P0.05), and was associated without cell differentiation (P>0.05). Conclusion: Determination of CD44and may be useful in assessing breast carcinoma invasion and metastasis and in predicting prognosis of breast carcinoma.
