摘要
肝内胆汁淤积是指任何病因引起肝细胞和(或)毛细胆管胆汁分泌功能障碍,或肝内小胆管弥漫性梗阻所致的一系列的病理和临床表现.其中具有遗传倾向性和(或)有明确致病基因突变的胆汁淤积称为原发性肝内胆汁淤积,而由于后天获得性因素如药物、内毒素、激素、胆道梗阻、肝移植、全胃肠外营养等所致者则称为继发性肝内胆汁淤积.
