牙釉质早期龋白垩斑和褐斑的扫描电镜观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :研究牙釉质早期龋的病变特点。方法 :从因正畸减数拔除的双尖牙1023颗中 ,选择颜色变化显著 ,与周围界限较明显的早期龋患牙28颗。经病变区将患牙纵向剖开 ,对剖面行扫描电镜观察。结果 :(1)白垩斑表层明显变薄 ,褐斑表层进一步变薄。(2)损害以表层下最为严重 ,白垩斑病变均未到达釉牙本质界 ,褐斑病变均到达釉牙本质界并累及牙本质层。(3)白垩斑釉柱间隙损害较明显 ,褐斑釉质结构破坏 ,严重者釉质结构完全丧失 ,釉质损害区与正常釉质界限分明。(4)白垩斑可见再矿化颗粒 ,褐斑可见再矿化物聚集。结论 :表层变薄是早期釉质龋的表现之一 ;褐斑是早期龋继续发展的严重阶段。 Objective:To study the pathological changes of incipient caries of enamel.Methods:Twenˉty-eight incipient caries tooth,on which colors were significantly different and borderline obviously revealed,were chosen from1023premolar extracted because of orthodontia.Cut through the lesion region vertically,the sections were observed under scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results:(1)The surface of white spots thinned obviously,and the surface of brown spots thinned further.(2)The worst lesion occurred beneath the surface of enamel.On white spots,lesion didn't spread to enamel-dentinal junction(EDJ),on the contrary,on brown spot lesions spread to EDJ and even further to dentin.(3)The spacing between white-spot's enamel rods was damaged distinctly,and the enamel structure of brown spot's was damaged severely.In some cases,the structure was totally destroyed,and the lesion region derived obviously from the normal regions.(4)Remineralized grains could be found in white-spots,however,mineralized grains assemble could be found in brown-spots.Conclusion:The surface zone of incipient caries and the brown-spots are the worse period of incipient caries.
