沙眼衣原体感染对Hela细胞HLA-Ⅰ类分子表达的影响

摘要 目的 探讨沙眼衣原体 (Ct)感染对上皮细胞系Hela细胞HLA Ⅰ类分子表达的影响。方法 用直接免疫荧光和流式细胞仪分析等方法 ,对感染Ct的Hela细胞HLA Ⅰ类分子表达水平进行检测。结果 Ct感染的Hela细胞HLA Ⅰ类分子表达水平随感染剂量增加和感染时间延长而下降 ,并且IL 10抗体能部分抑制这种下降。结论 Ct感染可下调Hela细胞HLA Ⅰ类分子表达 ,下调与感染过程中分泌的IL 10有关 。 Objective To investigate effect of C.trachomatis(Ct) infection on expression of HLA class Ⅰ on Hela cells.Methods The expression of HLA class Ⅰ on Hela cells infected with Ct at different doses and time periods were detected by direct immunofluorescene(DIF) and flow cytometric analysis.Results The expression of HLA class Ⅰ on Ct infected Hela cells were decreased with increasing dose of Ct and time,which could be inhibited partially by IL-10 antibody.Conclusion The data suggest that Ct infection can down-regulate HLA class Ⅰ molecules expression on Hela cells exposed to Ct that is due,at least partially,to the IL-10 induced during Ct infection,which may result in chlamydial persistence.
