介绍等纤度和不等纤度的不同异形孔(含圆形孔)组合的喷丝板的设计程序和有关的计算公式.计算实例是不等纤度圆形与 Y 形孔组合的设计,由此可以进一步了解这一设计方法的具体细节。
The design principle and calculation formulas of spinnerets which have combined orifices of different de-nier and profile(inclusive of round)are introduced.The calculation example is a design for combined ori-fices of a round and a model'Y'profile with different denier,from which it is possible to comprehend the de-tails of the design procedure.
