摘要
合并大学校区面临的主要问题是合并大学校园分散所带来的交通不便 ,以及资源较少、服务手段落后和管理不畅通。校区分馆首先应明确其功能定位 ,制定发展规划 ,在此基础上开展诸如文献资源配置等各项建设。在建设和发展中需要特别处理好总馆与分馆在不同时期的管理关系 ,注重建立数字化信息服务平台 ,拓宽服务手段 ,实行校区专业分馆的“学科馆员制” ,据此构建合并大学较完善的全校性的文献服务保障体系。
The main problem of library in the merged college is the scattered campus,inconvinient traffic,backword service,shortage of money and ineffective management. The first thing to do in the scattered libraries is to make sure its own function and work out developing plan. base on which to develop the dispose of literature Meanwhile,to deal well with the relation between the main library and the branehes of it during the different period of time and pay attention to set up digital information seruice in order to carry out subject orientating branches of college libary and librarians system. The final aim is to procide better service for the development and management of merged college.
