摘要
目的 观察右旋糖酐 - 2 0注射液治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法 将 6 7例脑梗死患者随机分组 ,治疗组32例 ,予脉通注射液治疗 ;对照组 35例 ,予一般治疗。观察神经功能缺损变化及血液流变学变化。结果 治疗组较对照组神经功能改善和血液流变学改变有明显性差异。总有效率两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组治疗前后血液流变学指标改善 ,经统计学处理有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 脉通注射液有改善血液流变学指标作用 ,对缺血性脑梗死患者神经功能恢复有较好的疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of Dextran-20 injection on acute cerebral infarction. Methods 67 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. 32 cases in therapied group were treated with Dextran-20 injection and 35 cases in compared group received regular treatment. To observe the changes of nerve function defect and blood dynamics Results The nerve function of the patients in therapied group improved apparently than that of the compared group, and blood dynamics of patients in therapied group was better than that of compared group. Total effect rate of the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05) .The change of blood rheology of the therapied group had significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.005). Conclusion Dextran-20 injection can reduce blood dynamics,raise cure rate and debase cripple rate of cerebral infarction .
