摘要
讨论了脊柱后路显微内窥镜系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症的操作要点及技巧。认为MED系统具有创伤小、术后恢复快等优点。成熟的镜下操作技巧是该手术成功的关键。
This paper discusses the technique and method of MED in the treatment of the lumbar disc herniation. The conclusion of this operation is that the MED shows less trauma, faster recovery . Also the proficient technique is the key for MED.
