摘要
近年来研制成功的一系列第二代定向凝固柱晶高温合金具有相当于第一代单晶合金,如PWA1480、CMSX-2的高温强度、优良的抗氧化性和可铸性,而且作为叶片合金,其工艺成本和检验成本比单晶合金低。因此,它们正作为理想的侯选材料取代某些单晶合金在先进的军用和民用航空发动机(如PWA2037,CF6—80C等)中获得应用。本文对这类合金的成分、热处理和性能特点作一评述。
The second generation DS column crystal superalloys possess attractive combination of high temperature strength, excellent oxidation resistance and castability equivalent to that of the first generation single crystal superalloy such as PWAI480, CMSX—2. And, as airfoil alloys, the process cost and inspection cost are lower than that of single crystal. Therefore, the superalloys have been used as ideal candidate to replace some single crystal alloys in advanced military and commercial engines such as PWA2037,CF6-80C,In this paper the features of the alloy composition,heat treatment and properties have been reviewed.
