摘要
通过高性能轴承合金AlSn10Si3Pb2Cu的开发 ,基本掌握了Si的质量分数为 2 %~ 3 %的铝基轴瓦全套生产技术。应用现有的熔铸及轧制生产设备 ,通过工艺的优化与调整 ,使得轴瓦带材的轧制成材率提高到 93 %以上。与传统AlSn2 0Cu合金相比 ,研制合金轴瓦的蓝宝石疲劳强度提高了 3 0 %~ 40 % ,达到 10 0~ 115MPa水平 ,和国外同类产品相当。
The whole of casting technology for developed Al 10 Sn 3Si 2PbCu bush with high properties was well known. Using present equipments, including melting, casting and rolling, and optimizing casting technology, the yield of the rolled strip reached to more than 93%.Compared with conventional Al 20 SnCu alloy, the fatigue value with sapphire fatigue testing is higher by 30%~40% attaining to 100~115 MPa equivalent to foreign counterpart.
