摘要
ENSO是一种大尺度海/气相互作用的异常事件。它的出现可带来严重的气候灾害。为了监测EN-SO事件,国际性的TOGA计划正在执行中。本文介绍TOGA计划中的TAO浮标阵设计和Atlas浮标的结构和使用情况。
ENSO is an abnormal event from large-scale air-sea interaction. Its advent results in catas- trophic climatological events. The international TOGA program is implementing to promote EN- SO event watching. This article introduces the design of TAO array, configuration and operation of Atlas mooring buoy system in TOGA program.
