The Geostatistics in the Plant Disease Epidemiology

摘要 病害空间动态是植物病害流行学研究的主要内容之一。对于病害的空间动态的研究与病害的时间动态研究相比一直显得不足 ,地统计学技术由于其在研究空间数据方面的优势而得到广泛的应用。本文简单地介绍了地统计学的基本原理 ,包括理论基础(即区域化变量理论)以及地统计分析主要工具(即变异函数) ,并对地统计学技术在植物病害流行和病害治理研究中的应用做了介绍。地统计学可以用来研究病害的生态学问题(如病害的空间分布特征 ,病原的传播及其影响因子等) 。 The spatial dynamics of plant disease is a priˉmary part of plant disease epidemiology.The spatial analysis of plant disease is less than the temporal analysis of plant disease in past.Geostatistics that is applied in most areas is due to the advantages on the spatial analysis to spatial data.This paˉper discusses principally the fundamental principle of geostatisˉtics including the fundamental theory(Regionalized variable theory)and the primary tool(Semivariagrams)and its appliˉcations in plant disease epidemiology and management。The researches of ecology of disease(e.g.,spatial patterns of disease,the spread of pathogen and the factors of disease incidence),the risk-assessment of disease and the design of plant disease management are performed by Geostatistics.
