摘要
调查与分析表明 ,体育教育专业无个性化、特色化、和谐化的学生 (人才 )培养模式必须改革。应注重培养学生的创新精神和创新能力 ,尊重学生个性 ,发掘个性潜能优势。
Through analysis and investigations,the author finds that the mode of cultivating talents for departments of P.E.,which develops students without personality and without advantages must be reformed.During this process,we should pay attention to developing the students spirit and ability of innovation.We should respect their personality and unearth the potential of their personality.Relative countermeasures and methods are proposed.
