摘要
加入WTO对中国的司法工作提出了更高的要求。为了进一步确保司法公正,必须加强监督,通过人大实施监督是其中最重要的监督方式之一。人大监督既可以采取审议或者视察等形式,也可以实施个案监督。为此,人大监督应当进一步完善,并尽可能通过建立专职代表制度、健全专项监督制度使人大监督有新的突破。
After discussing the connotation of judicial justice, the legal basis, and the significance of the National Peo-ple's Congress' supervision, the article provides some practical and specific solutions, including full-time representatives,specific supervision, and case supervision system.
