摘要
随着我国城市建设从“外延扩展”到“内涵深化”的阶段性过渡,广场设计也越来越呈现出一种从单一功能向综合性功能发展的趋势, 一方面要满足广大市民对城市空间环境改善和艺术审美水平提高的要求,同时还常常适当结合步行街、商业零售、住宅开发等,共同促进整个地段的经济活动增长。
This paper expounds the major developing tendenciesin domestic plaza planning and design by the case study ofJin Tan Civic Plaza program. Today, urban square designshows the trend from singer function to comprehensivefunctions with the city construction transition concentratedon quantity to quality. Such design will not only meet theneed of space and artistic taste improvement of the people,but also promotes the economic increase through developmentof pedestrian mall, retails, housing,etc.
