摘要
目的:探索人胚胎发育过程中胰腺细胞增殖水平。方法:应用免疫组织化学EnVision法,检测30例人胚胎胰腺组织PCNA的表达。结果:各胎龄段胰腺外分泌细胞PCNA的阳性表达均显著高于内分泌细胞,胚胎发育早期阶段(9~14w)外分泌细胞PCNA的阳性表达明显高于其它胎龄,胚胎发育晚期阶段(29~37w)内分泌部PCNA阳性率高于其它胎龄组。结论:在胚胎发育过程中胰腺外分泌部细胞增殖水平高于内分泌部,随着胎龄的变化,胰腺内、外分泌细胞的增殖水平也发生了变化。
Objective : To investigate the pancreatic cell proliferation in human embryonic development. Methods : Expression of PCNA in 30 pancreatic cells of human embryos were detected with immunohistochemical En Vision methods. Results : The positive rate of PCNA in exocrine cells was higher than that in endocrine cells at different embryonic stages. At the early stages of embryonic development (from 9th to 14th week), the positive rate of PCNA in exocrine cells was higher than that in the other stages. In the later period of embryonic development (from 29th to 37th week), the positive rate of PCNA in endocrine cells was higher than that at the other stages. Conclusion : The level of cell proliferation in pancreatic exocrine cells is higher than that in endocrine cells; the level of cell proliferation changes in endocrine and exocrine cells as the embryo age grow.
