摘要
电子商务实现着一场现代企业革命,迅速地改变着企业的经营管理和竞争方式。以科技专利为导向的企业的二次创业成为企业竞争和生存的基础,而正是电子商务推动了企业"专利创业"这一新的管理模式的建立。
Electronic commerce realizes a revolution of firms and changes the management and the method of competition rapidly. The second pioneering cause with the patent technology as the lead is the foundation of competing and living of firms. Electronic Commerce pushes building the new model of patent management pioneering in firms.
