摘要
由校园暴力的特殊性所决定,学校对校园暴力的产生负有首要责任。教育模式的明显功利性、教师权威的传统性以及教师队伍建设中的漏洞均是校园暴力得以产生的重要原因。而家庭和社会对校因暴力亦负有不可推卸的责任。无论是家庭教育的失败、家庭结构的缺陷,还是暴力文化的泛滥、大众传媒的影响等,都是校园暴力的重要致因。此外,主体自身生理、心理素质,对于决定其能否抵御外界各种不良影响,从而实施暴行具有根本意义。因此,防治校园暴力,需要学校、家庭和社会三方面协同努力。
Due to the particularity of on-campus violence, school is expected to take the chief responsibility for on-campus violence. The noticeable utility of educational pattern, the convention of the teacher being authority and the leak in the faculty's building are the important reasons in which on-campus violence o riginates. Whereas family and society also take the unavoidable duties for this. No matter the failure of family education, shortcomings of family structure or the overflow of violence culture as well as the influence of the mass media, these are all causes for on-campus violence. Besides, the subject's self biological and psychological quality holds the essential significance to decide whether he or she can resist all kinds of bad influences from the outside world so as to commit violence. Therefore, preventing the on-campus violence demands the co-effort from school, family and society.
