摘要通过对中药双黄连粉针剂创新案例的剖析 ,表明了技术创新从来都是在由各类行动者结成的网络关系中展开并得以完成的 ;企业只有处理好知识基础、制度和联网的关系 ,才能形成其核心能力。 Through an analysis of the innovation process of the Shuanghuanglian Powder Injection,a new kind of Chinese traditional medicine,the authors highlight that technological innovation is carried out at all times in the networks composed of multi-actors who cooperate explicitly or implicitly with each other.Only by properly dealing with the relationship among the knowledge base,internal institutional arrangements and networks can the firm build up its core competence and gain market value of its innovations.
