摘要
科学技术在农业增效和农民增收中的作用越来越大,目前我国农业技术市场正逐渐兴起,所存在的主要问题是:市场运行机制不健全、交易动力不足、市场管理规则不配套等。对此,政府应制定相应政策,并增加技术投入,加强组织制度创新和农民技术培训,尽快使这一市场成熟起来。
Science and technology are becoming more influential than ever before in increasing agricultural condition and farmer's income.Whereas the Chinese market of agricultural technology is now emerging,its problems are mainly imperfect market mechanism,insufficient business motivation,unsystematic market management,and so on.The government ought to draft the policies against this situation,to increase technological investment,and to strengthen innovation of organizational institution and agricultural technology training in order to make such a market matured as soon as possible.
