摘要
简要介绍了2003年我国氯碱行业的生产情况,回顾了2003年国内氯碱市场状况,重点对2004年及今后5年国内氯碱行业的发展形势进行了分析;指出原材料涨价、原料供应不足、氯碱装置扩能速度过快、烧碱下游产品发展迟缓等制约因素将严重影响我国氯碱行业今后的发展;根据国内氯碱行业的实际情况,提出了促进我国氯碱行业健康发展的建议:组建物流中心,成立区域性企业联合体,实行一体化框架下的分工与协作,大力开发氯碱下游产品。
The production situation of chlor-alkali industry in China in the year of 2003 was introduced briefly.The chlor-alkali market condition in China in the year of 2003 was reviewed.The development trend of chlor-alkali industry in China in the year of 2004 and the next 5 years was analyzed emphatically.Some factors which would strongly hinder the future development of chlor-alkali industry in China were pointed out,which included the high price of raw materials,the shortage of raw materials,the overspeed expansion of capacity,the slow development of the downstream products and so forth. According to the practical situation of chlor-alkali in China,some suggestions,which included organizing the center of goods flow,founding regional enterprise combiantions,carrying out integrated division of labour and cooperation,developing vigorously the downstream products of chlor-alkali,were proposed in order to promote the healthy development of chlor-alkali industry in China.
