摘要
目的 观察天力胶囊治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法 对 16 9例骨质疏松症患者随机分为试验组 6 4例 ,予天力胶囊 ,每次 4粒 ,每日 3次口服 ;西药对照组 5 6例 ,予碳酸钙 ,每次 30 0mg ,每日 2次口服 ;中成药对照组 4 9例 ,予骨疏康冲剂 ,每次 1袋 ,每日 3次。 3组均连续用药 30日为 1个疗程 ,2个疗程结束后停药观察 2个月。服药及观察期间均停用其他对骨密度等有影响的药物 ,观察各项指标的情况及药物不良反应等。结果 试验组显效率、总有效率分别为 5 4 .6 9%、95 .31% ,西药对照组显效率、总有效率分别为16 .0 7%、78.5 7% ;中成药对照组显效率、总有效率分别为 32 .6 5 %、81.6 3% ,3组比较均有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 ) 。治疗组疗效明显高于 2个对照组 ,且未见任何副作用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Tianli capsule on osteoporosis. Methods 169 patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into three groups.64 patients in trial group were treated by Tianli capsule,4 capsules once,3 times a day;56 patients in western medicine control group were treated by calcium carbonate,300mg once, twice a day;49 patients in TCM control group were treated by Gushukang granule, one bag once,3 times a day, with a treatment course of 30 days for three groups. After two treatment courses the therapeutic effects in three groups were observed for two months. Results The effective rate and total effective rate in trial group were 54.69%,95.31%,which were 16.07%,78.57% in western medicine control group and 32.65%,81.63% in TCM control group respectively. The therapeutic effect in trial group was significantly superior to that of the two control groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Tianli capsule is effective in treating osteoporosis.
