造血微环境细胞外基质研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着人们对造血微环境认识的不断深化,表明骨髓细胞外基质(ECM)并非一种被动的无活力结构支架,它们主要由三类不同的大分子物质组成:即糖蛋白、蛋白多糖和胶原,是造血细胞赖以传递与接受信息的物质基础,与血液系统疾病多种生理病理过程的发生机制密切联系。因此近年这一领域的研究日益活跃,现复习有关文献,简要综述如下。一、细胞外基质的组成糖蛋白(Glycoproteins)
