摘要
影响泡沫混凝土结构和性质的最大因素是泡沫质量,所以在生产中泡沫剂的配制是得到良好性能泡沫混凝土的关键。试验研究表明:松香胶泡沫剂的原材料质量要求可以放宽,碱以采用Na2CO3为好;皂化反应温度和时间控制是关键;泡沫剂的浓度应适当;松香胶泡沫剂失效的实质是其中的胶变质;高性能制泡机的出现必将促进水泥泡沫混凝土的发展。
Foam quality is the major factor that affects the structure and performance of foamed concrete. Therefore, preparation of foaming agent in the construction is crucial for obtaining foamed concrete of good performance. Test research shows that quality requirement for the raw material of rosin foaming agent may be relaxed and alkali suitable for use is Na2CO3 ; while temperature and time control of saponification is a key factor; density of the agent should be moderate; failure of rosin foaming agent is essentially due to the internal gum deterioration, and the use of foaming machine with high performance will surely promote the development of cement foamed concrete.
