以瓦尔拉市场微观一般均衡理论为基础 ,论述了水价弹性系数和节水水价的理念 ,深入分析了影响节水水价的主要因素 ,借鉴已有研究成果 ,结合河北实际 。
Based on the Warela market microcosmic equilibrium theory, the essay introduced the ideas on water price elastic coefficient and water price in water-saving way, thoroughly analyzed the main factors affected the water price, used the experience of the related work, combined with the actual condition of Hebei province, and made some practical calculating methods for water price in water-saving way.
