摘要
物流业的竞争日益激烈,合理选择物流服务中心对于专业的物流企业和将物流业作为本地区经济增长点的政府部门都十分重要。本文分析比较了重心法、CFLP法和P-Center法这三种选址方法的特点,对于在不同情况下选择相应的方法有一定的指导作用。
With the development of logistics, the competition among companies is more and more fierce, so it is very important to choose a right location of logistic service center. This paper aims to analyze the characteristics of bary-center, CFLP and P-center, which help to choose proper methods in different situations.
