摘要
为减少在提纯粗丙交酯时的大量耗损,采用不同方法对粗丙交酯在重结晶过程中产生的乙酸乙酯母液进行回收,并比较了各种方法的回收率。最后用紫外光谱和红外光谱对回收的丙交酯进行表征,测试结果表明产物为环状丙交酯结构,采用辛酸亚锡作催化剂是一种高产率的回收方法。
In order to reduce the waste in the course of purification of crude lacdite.The ethyl acetate solution obtained in the recrystallization of lacdite was recycled with different methods and the values of output were discussed respectively.The Lactide prepared with this method was characterized with IR and Ultraviolet spectroscopy. Tests results showed that the structure of lacdite was a cyclic diester and using stannous octoate as catalyst to prepare lacdite was very effective.
