摘要
文中着重研究了不同煅烧温度下的MgO活性对菱苦土磨具抗拉强度和硬度的影响。证明,当煅烧温度为800℃~850℃时,由菱镁矿制得的MgO活性最大,磨具强度、硬度最高。影响MgO活性的因素很多,除煅烧温度以外,还有煅烧时间、存放时间等等。但是,煅烧温度的影响是首要的。
This paper studies the influence of MgO activity atdifferent calcining temperature upon the hardness and the tensile stre-ngth of oxychloride abrasive products, and discovers the optimum tem-perature to be 800℃~850℃. It is proved that the MgO activity dependson the calcining temperature rather than the calcining time and the sto-rage time.
