摘要
本文应用聚合物流变学原理探讨了粘弹磨料流加工时边界层中剪切应力和法向应力对切削过程的影响,剪切应力和法向应力越大,加工能力越强;当这两种应力在加工面上分布不均匀时则可能产生加工误差。论文介绍了在模拟装置中所观察到的磨料流动状态,并在自制的流变性能测定装置上测定了两种磨料的流变性质,测定结果和这两种磨料的实际加工能力相吻合。
Based on the theory of polymer rheology, in this pa-per is investigated the effect of shear stress and normal stress acting onthe boundary layer upon cutting process and machining precision. Thehigher the shear stress and normal stress, the more powerful the ma-chining capacity of abrasive flow. If the stress isn't evenly distributed,there will be maching error. The flowing state of viscoelastic abrasivein an analog device is observed and properties of two kinds of abrasi-ve are determined with a rheometer made by the authors. The resultscoincids with the practical machining capacity.
