The problem of population is one of important factors affecting society development.Trace back to the theoretical origins of the problem of population,take the theory of continuousable development as guidance,apply modern family ecnomics and population ecnomics etc theories, conduct analyses of ecnomic cost and effectiveness to child-bearing behaviour of population, provide the theoretical basis of solving society ecnomy and population, resource and environment coordinate continuousable development.
