摘要
目的 :探讨癌基因c erbB2、c myc和抑癌基因 p1 6、p5 3在口腔鳞癌 (OSCC)中的蛋白表达及其协同作用。 方法 :用免疫组化结合图像分析对口腔鳞癌中 4种基因的蛋白表达进行定性、定位、定量研究。结果 :口腔鳞癌中c erbB2、c myc、p1 6和 p5 3的蛋白表达阳性率依次为 46.67%、60 %、86.67%和 63 .3 3 %。肿瘤部位不同 ,erbB2蛋白表达有显著性差异 ;腭癌和口底癌中的erbB2蛋白表达都明显高于唇癌和牙龈癌中的erbB2表达。c myc蛋白表达与 p1 6蛋白表达之间具有显著性相关。 结论 :以上 4种基因的蛋白表达增高在口腔鳞癌发生发展中具有重要作用 ,c erbB2蛋白过表达在腭癌和牙龈癌中具有更重要的意义 ;c myc和 p1 6蛋白表达间具有一定的内在联系。
Objective:To study the expression and cooperation of oncogene (c-myc and c-erbB2) and anti-oncogene (p16 and p53) in oral squamous cell carcinomas(OSCC). Methods: Using immunohistochemical technique and image analysis, the expression of protein of c-erbB2,c-myc, p16 and p53 were studied in 30 OSCC patients and 5 normal oral mucosa tissues about the nature, location and quantity. Results: The protein expression of c-erbB2,c-myc,p16 and p53 were 46.67%,60%,86.67% and 63.33%,respectively. Protein expression of c-erbB2 had significant difference in different tumor positions (P<0.05),The protein expression of erbB2 in carcinoma of palate and floor of mouth were obviously higher than the those in lip cancer and gingival carcinoma (P<0.05).There was significant correlation between p16 and c-myc protein expression (P<0.01). Conclusion: The protein overexpression of c-erbB2,c-myc,p16 and p53 may play important roles in the tumorigenesis and development of OSCC, and the overexpression of c-erbB2 protein has more important significance in tumorigenesis of carcinomas of palate and floor of mouth. There is certain internal relation between p16 and c-myc protein expression.
