摘要
介绍了绿带规划思想产生及其演进过程,并采用经济学分析方法,尤其是土地竞租曲线,对绿带的作用机制和其产生问题的机理进行了剖析。就这一问题指出要从城市与统筹的区域性角度来看待,借此希望对中国的“城市绿带运动”有所借鉴。
Recently, several big cities in China aresaid to consider the Green Belt (GB, for short) poli-cies out of various purposes. However, GB plan-ning is, after all, very new in our country althoughit has a long history in western states. This paperintroduces theoretically and empirically some back-grounds of GB, including mainly its birth andgrowth. After that, an economic analysis especiallythe Bid - Rent Function, is adopted to explain howGB is working and where its problems lie. And thenthe author brings out with some personal viewsabout the Green Belt planning with the conclusionthat a regional perspective should be taken in un-derstanding GB, which means not only a city or ruralarea but also the interaction between them or thesystem containing them ought to be concerned inthis case.
