渤南低渗透油田注水井欠注层损害研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了渤南油田注入水对储层的损害机理 ,评价了注入水水质、悬浮物、游离油和乳化油滴、结垢及细菌等因素对储层造成的损害程度。研究表明 ,渤南油田地层的水敏性、速敏性和低渗透性是储层受损的内在因素 ,注入水中悬浮固相颗粒、含油量和细菌严重超标、水质不合格是外在因素 ;注入水中悬浮固相颗粒和油的含量高 ,易形成盐酸不溶垢和有机垢 ,细菌和油质的共同作用增加了管路的腐蚀 ,形成铁垢 ,逐渐降低了地层的渗透率 。 Damage mechanism of the injected water in reservoirs in Bonan oilfield is studied. Causing reservoir damage degree, the factors including injection water quality, suspended matter, free oil and emulsified oil droplet, scale and bacterium etc are evaluated. The results show that water sensitivity, velocity sensitivity and low permeability of the formation in Bonan oilfield are the internal factors damaging formation, the serious superstandard suspended solid, oil content and bacterium in injection well and unqualified injection water are the exterior factors. The high content of suspended solid and oil in injection water could lead to muriatic acid insoluble scale and organic scale; the coeffect of bacterium and oil could accelerate pipeline corrosion and lead to ferric scale. The permeability of the formation decreases little by little and even the formation may be blocked.
