文章介绍了大型金属纤维燃气红外辐射板的结构、关键技术和试验方法,分析和总结了金属纤维的局部阻力系数和孔隙率、辐射板表面均匀性和辐射板燃烧工况等实验数据,为进一步研究、设计和应用金属纤维燃烧器打下了良好的基础。
In this article the author introduces the structure, key technologies and research methods of large gas infrared metal burner, and analyzes the local resistance, pore ratio of metal fibre, uniformity of radiation surface, and combustion properties of the burner. The research lays the foundation for advanced development, design and application of the meter fibre burner.
