摘要
固定辛二腈高压釜式加氢条件,对骨架镍(Renay-Ni)催化剂的制备条件进行优化,然后采用最佳的催化剂制备条件,对辛二腈加氢反应条件进行优化。实验结果表明:以20%NaOH溶液溶解Ni-Al合金,60℃下浸取60min获得的骨架镍催化剂的辛二腈加氢活性最高。氢压和催化剂用量对辛二腈加氢反应的影响比较大,二者不相上下,溶剂比的作用相对较弱。在催化剂用量减少时,可以通过提高氢压和溶剂比以弥补加氢性能的降低。
The preparation condition of Renay - Ni catalyst was optimized with the hexamethylene dicyanide hydro-
genation condition fixed on autoclave,and then the hexamethylene dicyanide hydrogenation condition was opti-
mized under the optimal catalyst preparation condition. The experimental result showed that the renay - Ni cat-
alyst prepared through dissolving Ni - Al alloy with 20% NaOH solution and leaching 60 minutes at 60℃ had
the highest hexamethylene dicyanide hydrogenation activity. The hydrogen pressure and dosage of catalyst had a
similar and relatively great effect on hexamethylene dicyanide hydrogenation reaction,while the effect of solvent
ratio was less than the above two. The decrease of hydrogenation capability caused by reduction of catalyst
could be offset by increase of hydrogen pressure and solvent ratio.
