摘要
本文通过氢氧化钾、浓硫酸破坏样品中可能的干扰物,再将样品色谱峰形进行比较,确定多氯联苯的污染类型,然后采用特征识别色谱峰进行定量测定。
We destroyed possible interferent in sanple with potassium hydroxide and vitriol oil, and compared chromatograpic peak shape of samples.Pollution type of polychlorobiphenyl was confirmed, and we determined it with characteris tic chroma tographic peak.
