摘要
介绍了雷电的基本特性、雷电对石油库产生的危害,针对雷电的特性,提出了要掌握防雷的方法,减少油蒸气积聚和检查防雷装置,保证装置有效等预防雷电的措施。
Basic characteristics and harms of thunder are introduced. Based on the characteristics, measures of thunder proof such ass reducing accumulation of oil steam and check on thunder proof facilities are presented.
