摘要
为了减小CMOS图像传感器的低频噪声 (如KTC噪声和 1 /f噪声 )和固定图形噪声 ,采用了相关双采样技术。用标准的 1 5 μmP阱双层多晶硅双层金属的CMOS数字电路工艺 ,研制出 5 1 2像素带相关双采样的CMOS有源像素图像传感器线阵。实验结果为灵敏度 1 1V/Lx .s均方根噪声为 0 2mV ;动态范围为 80dB ,直流功耗为 1 0mW。
This paper describes the operation principle and circuit of a CMOS active pixel sensors with a Correlated Double Sampling (CDS).The CDS have been applied and proved to suppress the low frequency noise (KTC noise and 1/f noise) and Fixed Pattern Noise(FPN).A 512 element CMOS APS with CDS fabricated by standard 1.5μm P-well DPDM CMOS logic process. The experimental results show that a sensitivity is 11 V/Lx.s noise is 0.2 mV,dynamic range is 80 dB, DC power consumption is 10 mW.
