摘要 黑龙江石油化工厂RFCCU装置在技术改造的基础上,采取降低装置反应苛刻度,优化操作条件,改变柴油的切割点,选择适当的催化剂等措施。使装置柴汽比提高了0.2以上,总液体收率达到85.34%,比以前提高了1.23%,取得了可观的经济效益。 Measures of lower plant severity, operation conditions optimization, diesel cut point change, selection of proper catalysts on RFCCU plant were taken during technical revamp of Heilongjiang Petrochemical Factory.The diesel and gasoline ratio has been increased by more than 0.2, total liquid yield achieved to 85.34%, 1.23% higher than before, the benefit of the measures are obviously.
