摘要
农户是南方集体林区森林经营的主体,以浙江省为例,分析了新形势下农户经济行为的特征及其对森林可持续经营产生了正反两方面的影响,提出了通过营造良好的外部环境,对农民行为实行分类引导;优化农户内部条件,提高农民综合素质来调整和优化农户经济行为,促进森林可持续经营的建议。
Farmers are the main forest managers in collective forest area of South China.Taking Zhejiang province as an example,the changes of farmers' characteristics have greatly benefit and bring some problems impacting sustainable forest management.Optimizing forest managers behaviors is the key issue to realize the objective of sustainable forest management.Therefore,we should take measurements——building a perfect external environment,giving various guides to different groups,helping them improving the concept of sustainable forest management,and improve their capability by building up forest cooperation organization or partner association.
